Daniel Grass is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Inverus Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development, and operation of real estate investments throughout the Southeast.

Daniel has more than 13 years of real estate investment and development experience and has acquired or developed more than $750 million of real estate across multiple property sectors. He has particular expertise in self-storage, where he has been involved in acquisitions, development, capitalization, and asset strategy across the Southeast.

At Inverus Capital, Daniel leads investment strategy, evaluating investment opportunities, transaction structuring, capital relationships, and strategic oversight of the firm's portfolio. His investment approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, attractive basis, alignment with investment partners, and long-term value creation.

Daniel is a past president of the Georgia Self Storage Association and has spoken at industry events on self-storage investment and development. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he competed as a member of the track and field program. Daniel lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and children.
