Ben Abel is the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for Inverus Capital. Prior to joining Inverus, Ben was the Senior Self Storage Analyst at Open Door Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Prior to ODC, Ben served as the Senior Acquisitions Analyst at CubeSmart, a publicly traded self-storage REIT. He oversaw the underwriting of 250+ self-storage properties and approximately $3 billion of potential self-storage investment opportunities across the country.
He holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University where he majored in Real Estate and Finance. Ben lives in Philadelphia, PA.
